GAPRO Working with customers and suppliers to reduce costs

As part of a contract to provide Business Transformation Services, the GAPRO team have worked with a major European engineering equipment supplier to develop a successful Cost Excellence programme, delivering in excess of 10% reduction in product cost within the first 6 months.
