GAPRO support major capital infrastructure Programme Management Capability enhancement

As part of a contract to provide Businesses Transformation Services, the GAPRO Team have worked with the Board and senior leadership teams of a major infrastructure business to identify opportunities for enhancement of core Project and Programme Management capabilities. The GAPRO team worked with the business to identify skills and training, process and operational improvements to the Programme and Project Management capability across the organisation. Engaging all levels of the team, a structured improvement programme was developed and rolled out to enhance this core capability for a blue chip Rail and Power capital infrastructure services provider.
