GAPRO are pleased to be awarded a contract to provide Safety and Technical Development consultancy to a Scandinavian Marine Products and Services provider. GAPRO specialists will draw upon decades of experience in providing engineering development, manufacturing process improvement and in-service support across aerospace, rail, marine and nuclear to provide advice and support to the ongoing operation of a fleet of around 1000 vessels operating globally.

The GAPRO Team have successfully concluded a contract with a world class provider of Mission Critical Marine Systems, providing a range of technical performance and safety enhancements to existing steering system products. With decades of experience of leadership of engineering developments across aerospace, marine, rail and power systems the GAPRO team were able to successfully redirect the ongoing safety investigation and product development work to deliver cost effective and timely product enhancements that will now be implemented in a significant fleet of sailing vessels. As part of a contract to provide Business Transformation Leadership services, the GAPRO team were requested to provide advice and assistance to secure a successful SAP Enterprise Resource Planning System  roll out across a complex project manufacturing business. Drawing upon experience of many successful project turn around and business improvement activities, our team were able to step in and quickly analyse the current status of the programme and work with the incumbent team to make recommendations to secure a robust, data driven approach to delivery across all business functions leading to a successful roll out on time within budget.
